The gardens of the hotel are very nice, the rooms are comfortable and the beds too.
The restaurant for breakfast is super dark and its menu is not so varied. The food itself is good.

Pool area very relaxing and beautiful
Front desk attendant was not friendly on day of departure...asked for 1 hr late departure due to flight delay and she was not happy...inconvenienced at best.

What you should know
The staff is caring and attentive! I felt supported during my recovery after LASIK surgery with their kindness and assistance.
The rooms were noisy with thin walls, which disrupted my otherwise pleasant stay! Expensive parking fees added to frustrations.

Nice stay, but noisy nights
The noise from the hallway and connecting doors was really disruptive, especially during those wedding parties. Housekeeping was hit or miss too, kinda weird. The Greenfinch restaurant was nice but way too loud at dinner.

The housekeeping staff threw away our bag of food including the gifts my daughter bought for her friends. They should check the contents in the bag before they threw it away as trash.

Great boutique hotel with lush grounds, a friendly staff, wonderful spa--everything we needed for a girls' weekend. Several fireplaces on the grounds provide several areas to sit and visit. A couple of restaurants are perfect for food and happy hour. Very comfortable beds and luxurious robes--updated hotel--soothing balcony views. Very happy we chose Estancia and we would absolutely go back.
